Return Policies
All returns and refunds may be made 30 days after the day your product arrives at its final destination. In this timeframe, if the product does not work we will provide you with a 100% refund or you may return your purchase for a free replacement- we'll also cover free shipping and handling! And what if you've just lost interest in the product? Then we'll still give you a refund, but you'll need to send the product back to us and cover the shipping fees. (We will deduct the shipping fee from your refund amount.)

NOTE: Within 1 year , If you need to ship us back the product 30 days after the day you receive it, we will provide you with a free labor and free parts, but you must cover shipping costs. And if your product becomes faulty after one year of purchase, you can send it back and we will repair it, free of charge. However, shipping fees and additional parts may be billed to you. 

Warranty
Each and every product on Camera2000.com comes with a one-year (12 months) parts and labor warranty. If your product does not work within 30 days of the day you receive it, we will be more than happy to replace it for free or provide you with a 100% refund.

NOTE: The warranty shall be void if there is any damage to products because of any one of below reason:

•Damage resulting from any misuse other than that it was intended for.
•Damage from physical abuse such as dropping the unit, impact from hard objects or damage to external components as a result of negligence.
•Damage due to liquid contamination (for our non-waterproof products).
•Any unit that has been repaired or had an attempted repair made to it by unauthorized personnel.
•Damage due to incorrect connection, connection to faulty equipment or connection to faulty or incorrect power supplies.

Cancellation policy
We start processing your order as soon as receiving your cleared payment. During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel your order during processing,please contact us regarding the order status.
If it’s still possible to cancel your order, we will update your order status as Cancelled and issue refund to you in 1-2 business days.
If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.
