Product Description

Introduction:

  • With LCD for video display and LCM for frequency display, the wireless Video scanner can sweep and find out wireless cameras widely and rapidly from 900MHz to 2700MHz.

    • The device is very convenient to locate a wireless camera (usually in hidden type, such as pinhole lens camera, screw type camera, button type camera) quickly and precisely. It is really a good tool for law enforcement, security assurance.
    • It can also be used as the testing tool for repairing or as an installation guide of wireless camera, wireless audio / video transmitter with the transmission frequency being within above specified range.
     
    Instruction:

    1. Antenna socket: for plugging in the low band rod antenna (900 – 1710MHz ).
    2. Long Rod Antenna: for the low frequency scanning from 900MHz - 1710MHz.
    3. Smart Shuttle Key (here-in-after called Shuttle Key): It is for scanning frequency adjustment (up and down) and function programming.
    4. Frequency / Function Display Window: for displaying the scanning frequency (in MHz).
    5. Video Display Window: to display the captured image.
    6. Power Input Jack: for the input of external power (generally through the adaptor).
    7. Power Switch: Turn on for scanning.
    8. Alarm Out Jack: for the output of audio and video signal with alarm function. When it is connected to a DVR, it sends out audio and video signal only when it receives signal.
    9. Video Out Jack: for the output of audio and video signal.
    10. Short Antenna: for the high frequency scanning from 1710MHz to 2700MHz.
    11. Antenna socket: for plugging in the high band rod antenna (1710 - 2700MHz).

Electrical specifications:

  • 2.5 "TFT high resolution LCD screen. Beautiful aluminum casing in metallic color
  • 1.25 "LCM display showing battery level, receiver sensitivity indicator, alarm audio on/off and frequency reading during scanning
  • Frequency range to be scanned: 900MHz~2.7GHz, covering frequency of most wireless cams in the market.
  • Light weight, portable, operated by 4 X AA 1.5V batteries or the included 5V power supply.
  • The batteries last for about 3 hours.
  • The scanner can find wireless cam in NTSC, PAL, color or B/W. Auto switching.
  • When a video signal is found, the running frequency reading on the LCD display will stop showing the exact frequency reading.
  • The cam scene that the watcher is seeing will be shown on the 2.5"LCD monitor immediately. You may then identify the scene and locate the hidden wireless cam. Multiple cams within the frequency range can be found.
  • The whole scanning process takes about 20 seconds if no RF signal is found. Scanning covers area up to 500 feet range (152 meters)
  • The scanner may be used as a portable receiver to monitor any wireless cam you may have installed.
  • Video Output and Alarm Output jacks are provided on the scanner for extended applications. Built-in speaker.
